1 Lot of two (2) California Sports Surfaces portable tennis courts which are currently being stored in two 40 foot trailers. This lot also includes the two (2) trailers. These court were used on a temporary basis for USTA competition in our Convention Center. *PLEASE SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS FOR MORE DETAILS.* We do not have many photos of the courts in use. We do not know the full condition of the trailers the courts are stored in. The trailers were moved a while back to this location across the City. We do not know how they would perform over the road, they were able to be moved to this location without any issues in January 2025 to this location. NOTE: City of Mobile will no longer answer questions about items on auction by phone. All questions shall be sent in writing to purchasing@cityofmobile.org and we will give an emailed response. The City will answer no questions within 12 hours of the close of an auction on an item. This item is sold as is, where is, and without warranty Winning bidders will have a 12.5% Buyer's Premium added to their total payment for payment to GovDeals. Successful bidder will need to provide whatever equipment is needed to remove the item from City of Mobile property. There is no loading dock or loading facility at this location. Bidder is responsible for the loading and removal of the item from City of Mobile property. Successful bidder should be ready to transport or trailer the item from City of Mobile property. All payments will be made on-line directly to GovDeals. The City will no longer accept direct payments from winners of Auction Items. Bidders should inspect the item prior to placing a bid as once the bid is placed, it cannot be cancelled or retracted.
