One (1) portable modular office building/job site trailer being sold as surplus. Building is configured as an office workspace and includes installed electrical components, lighting, windows, entry door, exterior stairs, and wall-mounted HVAC equipment as shown in the photographs. Condition: Used condition. Exterior metal siding shows normal wear from service use. Structural steel frame exhibits surface rust in areas. Interior condition is as shown in the photos. Buyers are encouraged to inspect the building prior to bidding. Important Sale Terms: Contents and office furnishings shown inside the building are NOT included in the sale unless specifically identified by the seller. Desks, chairs, microwave, shelving, paperwork, and other office contents will be removed by the seller and do not convey with the building. Buyer is responsible for verifying dimensions, condition, utility connections, and transportation requirements prior to bidding. Building is sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyer Removal Requirements: Buyer is solely responsible for all permits, labor, equipment, rigging, disconnects, loading, transportation, and site restoration associated with removal. Buyer must coordinate removal with the seller. Buyer shall exercise care to avoid damage to adjacent facilities, equipment, pavement, fencing, utilities, and property. Seller will not provide dismantling, loading, or transportation assistance. Critical Removal Deadline The building must be completely removed from the property no later than October 23, 2026. Failure to remove the building by the required deadline may result in forfeiture of the asset and any monies paid, subject to seller approval and GovDeals terms and conditions.
