Trailer Specification: • Trailer Measures 14’X45’ • HVAC was working as should 5/20/26 • Trailer was in-service as a HS classroom until 5/20/2026 • Exterior painted 11/2021 • Roof topcoat 11/2021 • Lights retrofitted with LED 7/2023 all are currently working • LED emergency lights installed 10/2023 • New carpet installed 8/2023 • Needs to be pressure washed The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the lot won.
