Trailer Specification: • Trailer Measures 14’X45’ • HVAC was working as should 5/20/26 • Trailer was in-service as a HS classroom until 5/20/2026 • Exterior last painted 11/2021 • one door was replaced 9/2025 • Roof was last top coated 11/2021 • Lights were retrofitted with LED lamps 7/2023 - all are currently working • LED emergency lights/exits were installed 10/2023 • New carpet installed 8/2023 currently lying flat and in good condition • Unit needs to be pressure washed The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the lot won.
