This unit has been stored outside for a prolonged period and shows significant wear consistent with its age and storage conditions: Water damage from broken roof vents Broken windows Taillights broken and missing Evidence of small animal nesting/inhabitation over the last several years General wear from prolonged outdoor storage Additional damage or wear may be present beyond what is listed above. Sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. No warranties, no refunds. This trailer needs restoration work and is best suited for a buyer looking for a trailer restoration project, parts unit, or salvage. Buyer responsible for inspection prior to bidding. Buyer is responsible for removal. Buyer must bring appropriate equipment or arrange whatever else is needed to haul or tow the item away. If the Buyer, after making payment for an item, fails to remove the item within the specified time, the agency reserves the right (1) to retain all payments; and (2) to dispose of the item through another auction or otherwise. Successful bidders are responsible for packing, loading, removing and transporting of all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Notice of Award.
