Market demand: Equipment in Missouri sell about 93% of the time, typically ~23 bids. Based on 291 completed sales over the last year.
A 1976 John Deere 2040 utility tractor with a loader, a Woods rotary mower, and a ballast box, listed as non-operational. Hobby farmers and small-acreage buyers buy these for restoration and light work, and parts sellers chase the older John Deere components. Check the hydraulic leak and the cracked glass, and test the PTO and heater, since the listing flags intermittent PTO issues.
Estimated flip margin and comp range available with Pro. Summary may occasionally contain inaccuracies; check the full description before bidding.
