OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE : "Vessel has heavy wear and tear due to being in service for over 40 years. Vessel is unserviceable and repairs far exceed value. Safety Office has deemed this vessel unfit for continued service." PROCESSING NOTES :Up for auction is a 1983 Glassply Fiberglass 16' Skiff w/ EZ Loader Boat Trailer & JOHNSON Motors. The owning agency mentions that this vessel was in service for 40 years, and is unserviceable with repairs exceeding value. We are unaware of what issues are present that owning agency is mentioning. The boat shows signs of 40 years of service with wear and tear like weathered body, paint damage, scratching, and very worn material/parts inside the vessel. The EZ loader boat trailer is entirely non-towable in its current state. The driver-side wheel assembly is missing. The trailer currently rests on a damaged, bare steel rim bolted to the hub, and a loose unmounted tire is wedged behind it. Bidders will need to be prepared to safely remove these items via flatbed. Forklift will be used onsite to help assist. Also included are two Johnson Outboard motors, one is 40HP and the other is 15HP. These motors were not tested and operational condition is unknown. For any inquires about the condition of these items please schedule an in-person preview. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale."
