Low Entry Rear-Loader Garbage Truck. This vehicle was not started or driven briefly during processing. Owning agency mentions that the vehicle came with a affidavit of loss when submitted to them, but we did not receive this paper work and the vehicle is being sold with a clear title. They also mentions that they do not know the condition of the asset. Inside the cab is a do not operate tag and written on the windshield is "bad engine" so the vehicle was not started to avoid any further issues. During processing, we lifted the cab to look at the engine, and once finished we couldn't get the cab to tilt back down into place and is currently stuck tilted upwards. Bidders will need to have information about lowering the cab or be ready to find a way to safely transport this vehicle on pickup. Odometer was unable to be read and no reading is on file. The condition of the exterior shows wear and tear such as surface rust, scratching, minor denting, and paint damage. The interior of the cab shows loose parts, exhaust pipe, worn seats, tearing, stains, debris, scratching, and dirt/dust build up. Features of this vehicle were not able to be tested and operational condition is unknown. Tire condition and pressure look to be okay. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale." Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
