1987 Libby Corp Pump Pump model: 04A13-F3L Pump serial: 838829 Deutz diesel engine F3L912 Engine serial:7242933 Engine is free and can spin back and forth a little by hand, but the pump seems to be locked up. Try’s to crank with a battery hooked up but the pump is holding it up. The city bought them and they did not work for what we needed. Have been sitting for 20+ years. Tune up and a little TLC and they would be great units! This lot is being sold on behalf of the City of Saint Peter. All bidders should inspect all items before bidding.
