We understand that there are certain circumstances which make it difficult for buyers to pick up items, however if the buyer maintains communication with Wyoming Surplus Property and makes alternate arrangements (M-F (excluding State holidays), 12-4 p.m.), leniency may be granted. The notice of award, the payment receipt and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up.
