OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE : "Case 590 Backhoe, Works and running but in rough condition" PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a 1991 Case 590 Turbo Backhoe Loader. This vehicle was started and driven briefly during processing. Owning agency mentions that this vehicle works but is in rough condition. The loader is in rough condition with signs of heavy use/wear and tear, heavy rusting, scratching, worn seats, worn levers some denting, and paint damage can be seen. The front loader bucket, boom, and backhoe/boom were all tested and worked as intended. Both outriggers were able to deploy without issue. The engine compartment was unable to be accessed due to it being locked via padlock. Loader lift capacity: 6,700 lbs. Standard dig depth: 15 feet, 9 inches. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale." Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
