Service Crane: VENTURO ET10KX The equipment in this lot is being offered untested and its best use may be for parts or repair. This equipment has not been certified. IMPORTANT: This equipment has not been inspected to be certified for use by a qualified entity in accordance with all applicable requirements. The University of Washington makes no representation that the device can ever be certified. Carefully review all auction photos, as they are part of the item description. Equipment is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, regarding its condition, completeness or functionality. Only the items shown in the auction photos are included in the sale. The absence of a description of any particular condition does not imply that the condition does not exist. Buyers are responsible for inspecting the equipment before bidding and determining its condition and suitability for their intended use. Buyer acknowledges the crane is out of compliance due to lack of inspection and certification, and is purchasing the equipment for repair, parts, or other lawful purposes at Buyer's sole risk. Buyer assumes all responsibility for inspection, repair, transportation, certification, licensing, registration, maintenance, safe operation, and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and industry standards after the property leaves the Seller's premises. The Buyer is solely responsible for all arrangements and labor related to packing, loading, and transporting the property. No assistance will be provided.
