OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE : "VEHICLE HAS NO WORKING BRAKES" PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a 1994 Chevrolet C/K 3500 Truck. This vehicle was started and driven briefly during processing. Owning agency mentions that "Vehicle has no working brakes". The brakes do work but they are very bad and require the pedal to be touching the ground for them to stop the vehicle. For safety reasons bidders will need to be prepared to safely remove this vehicle via tow or flatbed. The exterior shows signs of heavy use with scratching, surface rust, paint damage, denting, and scuffing. Drivers door does not have a door handle. The interior has worn seats/fabric, tearing, stains, scratching, missing/loose panels, debris, and dirt/dust build up. Taillight covers are not installed and are sitting inside the cab. Strobe lights are working. Dump bed was tested and was able to raise and lower. The cage over the bed is unable to lock into place and can open by itself with gravity or force. Bed is covered in surface rust. Parts of the undercarriage show a layer of rust. Tire pressure seems okay and no spare tire is included. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale." Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
