1994 Yale ERC060 electric forklift 6,000-lbs. capacity. Images attached to this solicitation demonstrate details about the forklift as well as the condition. NCTD will not provide any employees or equipment to aid in the loading of the Vehicle. The Buyer is solely responsible for determining the method and means of transportation needed to transport the Vehicle via hauling, towing, driving, flatbed trailer, or any other means of transportation. NCTD shall be held harmless from all liability directly and/or indirectly related the removal of the Vehicle. The Buyer takes ownership and all related responsibility of the Vehicle upon removal from NCTD’s Facility and NCTD shall be fully relieved of any liability related to the use, access, or transport of the Vehicle. Vehicles are sold “as-is”, all sales are final, and NCTD makes no representations of warranties expressed and/or implied of any kind, including as to the condition or performance of the Vehicle.
