OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE : "Doesn't run, Cracked windshield" PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a 1997 Capacity TJ7000 Trailer Jockey Tractor. This vehicle was started with a jump and driven briefly during processing. Owning agency mentions that this vehicle does not run, however we were able to get it running with a 24v jump. Vehicle does start but drives rough. When trying to use the tilt function to lift the cab, the vehicle did shut off and had to be re-jumped. Overall condition of this vehicle is unsafe and bidders will need to be prepared to safely remove this vehicle via tow or flatbed. The exterior of the vehicle shows signs of wear and tear such as a cracked windshield, surface rust, scratching, paint damage, minor denting, and scuffing. Interior has worn seats/fabric, tearing, stains, rust, scratching, debris, litter, and dirt/dust build up. Tilt function for the cab works as intended. Tire pressure seems okay. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale."
