OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE : "Numerous areas of body rust, peeling paint. rips and stains on interior. Tires have less than 50% tread remaining. Equipment has had regular maintenance" PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a 2005 Workhorse P42 Step Van. This vehicle was started and driven briefly during processing. We noticed that during the middle of processing the vehicle that there was a huge oil leak. This leak come from under the front of the vehicle and also made some smoke come out from the engine compartment (please see engine video for reference). We suggest bidders schedule a preview of this vehicle for any inquires about this issue. For this we will need bidders to be prepared to safely remove this vehicle via tow or flatbed. The exterior of the vehicle shows signs of wear and tear such as rust, paint damage, scratching, minor denting, and scuffing. The interior has worn seats/fabric, litter, debris, scratching, stains, missing panels, and dirt/dust build up. Inside the cargo area shows signs of heavy use and includes a Miller AC/DC Welder Power Generator. The arrow board sign was able to turn on, however there are missing lamps making it hard to read. Parts of the undercarriage show a layer of rust. Tire pressure seems okay. GVWR: 14100 lbs. GAWR-Front: 5000 lbs. GAWR-Rear: 11000 lbs. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale."
