(2) 1988 ROCKWELL COLLINS H-60L FULL MOTION SIMULATORS, SN 001 & SN 003, PN 01-144/D. ASSOCIATED SYSTEM COMPONENTS, SPARES COMPONENTS, TEST EQUIPMENT, TECHNICAL MANUALS / ECNs / HISTORICAL FILES AND MISC ELECTRONICS ARE INCLUDED. THE CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY IS "AS IS". ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO WARRANTY IS IMPLIED OR APPLIED. BIDDERS HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PHYSICALLY INSPECT THE PROPERTY PRIOR TO PLACING A BID AND PRIOR TO THE AUCTION'S CLOSING DATE AND TIME OR THEREBY WAIVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO CONDUCT A PHYSICAL INSPECTION. IN WAIVING THEIR INSPECTION RIGHTS, BIDDERS BEAR THE RISK FOR ANY GROSS OMISSIONS REGARDING THE FUNCTIONALITY OF ITEMS, FAILURE TO CITE MAJOR MISSING PARTS, AND/OR RESTRICTIONS WITH REGARDS TO USAGE THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN REVEALED BY PHYSICAL INSPECTION. PROPERTY INSPECTION / REMOVAL: Inspection and removal operations are limited to Monday-Friday by appointment only. All areas and buildings associated with the item on the installation are restricted and prior coordination for access should be made with the US Army representative. Due to security issues at property location, interested party validated representatives are required to contact the custodian prior to entering the facility to inspect/remove property, and at times, they are not permitted to use phones. Therefore, successful receiving parties must communicate with the custodian in advance to make arrangements for inspection / removal and/or have a cell phone with them to contact them once they arrive at the secured location. Cameras are prohibited at the property location unless specifically coordinated with and approved by the custodian. Buyer is responsible for ALL ASPECTS OF disassembly and removal of the assets from the building and property. The building where the assets are housed has a removable door that the buyer is responsible for removing and reinstalling. Buyer is responsible for all material handling equipment required for removal of the device. Successful receiving parties are cautioned that they will be responsible for coordination and any expenses incurred with personnel, clearances, inspection, maintenance, loading, packing, movement and removal of the assets from the facility and property. Receiving parties shall hold the Government harmless from any or all debts, liabilities, judgments, costs, demands, suits, actions, or claims of any nature arising from or incidental to inspection, purchase, use, or resale of this item(s).
