NO REPAIRS ARE ALLOWED ON CITY PROPERTY. PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS PERTAINING TO DEADLINES, PAYMENT, LOADING AND THIRD PARTY PICKUPS. WINNING BIDDER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING ALL MANPOWER AND EQUIPMENT FOR LOADING WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME (1 HOUR). REPAIRS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE SURPLUS YARD. THIS AGENCY IS STRICT ON THE PAYMENT AND PICKUP DEADLINES. PLEASE SUBMIT PAYMENT ASAP, AS PAYMENTS MAY TAKE UP TO 4 DAYS TO PROCESS.
