PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a 2001 Raymond EASi R40TT Electric Stand-Up Reach Forklift. This forklift was started and driven briefly during processing. This forklift has bad brakes and we needed to move slowly and carefully, as the brakes do not fully stop the forklift at the desired speed. When attempting to start the forklift throws a error code 81, and forklift will not start. After trying a couple times the forklift was able to power on and move. Fork lift forks were operational, with the forks able to fully raise up, lower, tilt and shift. Overall condition of the forklift shows signs of heavy use like scratching, paint damage, scuffing, and cosmetic damage. Maximum lifting capacity: 4000lbs. No battery charger included in final sale. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale." Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
