Out-of-state bidders should research their own state laws regarding registration requirements, smog testing, and related matters before bidding. NOTE: All sales are final, all vehicles and equipment are sold "AS IS WITH NO WARRANTY". Please review auction terms and conditions before bidding. This vehicle was maintained by the County of Santa Barbara ASE Certified Fleet garage. County vehicles are serviced every 5,000 miles or every 6 months, whichever occurs first. Santa Barbara County will provide a current SMOG certificate for California buyers. Vehicles are not SMOG CHECKED until payment is received. If the listed buyer chooses to send someone else to pick up their purchase, the purchaser must send an Email or call in authorization stating who may pick it up. (this includes tow companies.) Buyers: you can pick up your vehicle as soon as we see your payment has posted AND THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN SMOG CHECKED. WE HAVE UP TO FIVE DAYS AFTER PAYMENT RECEIPT TO OBTAIN THE SMOG INSPECTION CERTIFICATE. SALES TAX & REGISTRATION FEES, if applicable, are to be paid to CA. DMV when registering the vehicle.
