BUYER ACKNOWLEDGMENT — REVIEWS, VEHICLE CONDITION & FALSE STATEMENTS Buyer acknowledges that this is a consignment vehicle being sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS and that Malakin Motors LLC has not represented that the vehicle is free from mechanical, electrical, cosmetic, structural, safety, inspection, emissions, title-history, or other defects except for representations specifically made in writing by Malakin Motors LLC. Buyer acknowledges that they have been given the opportunity to inspect the vehicle, have the vehicle independently inspected, research its history, and ask questions BEFORE bidding or purchasing. If Buyer chooses to purchase or bid without performing an inspection, Buyer voluntarily accepts the risk of unknown or undiscovered defects. Buyer agrees not to knowingly publish, post, communicate, or cause to be published any false statement of fact concerning Malakin Motors LLC, its employees, or its handling of the consignment transaction. Nothing in this acknowledgment prohibits Buyer from providing an honest review, expressing a truthful opinion, reporting their genuine experience, communicating with a government agency, or exercising any right protected by applicable federal or Pennsylvania law.
