OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE : "No Known Issues, Runs & Drives, Uses Propane Fuel No Title" PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a 2004 Daewoo G30P-LP Forklift. This Forklift was started and driven briefly during processing. The condition of the forklift is used and shows signs of wear and tear like scratching, surface rust, scuffing, paint damage, worn seat/material, and dirt/dust build up. This forklift features a 3-Stage high-visibility telescopic mast assembly, 6,000lbs load capacity, and extended steel forks with Lift, Tilt, and Side shift capabilities. All functions were tested during processing and do work as intended. Forklift uses Liquid Propane Gas fuel configuration. This tank will be included seen on the forklift will be included on finale sale. This should be able to drive onto a trailer. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale." Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
