APPOINTMENT ONLY PICK UP Appointments to pick up items must be made 24 hours in advance, during business hours. All items must be paid for, before making arrangements to pick them up. To schedule, contact us through Public Surplus. You have 10 days to pick up your items from the close of the auction. All payments are made through Public Surplus ONLINE ONLY! Please make sure you can lift and load the item before you buy. City of Thousand Oaks staff cannot help with lifting or loading items. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located. The buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the City of Thousand Oaks assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 7:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding City holidays. Pick up arrangements must be made at least 24 hours prior to pick up.
