A 2007 Ford F-250 4x4 with 175k miles, equipped with canopy and bed accessories, but the engine flashes a check light under load and has major cosmetic damage. Work-truck buyers and used-vehicle dealers see past dents, but the flashing check light signals a serious engine fault - get a diagnostic before committing.
