This can be waived only if you are a licensed Auto Dealer or if you sign a 3-day affidavit confirming the vehicle is being transported out of state. Unit may be picked up Monday-Saturday. Loading: The buyer is responsible for all loading and transport. We do not have the capacity or equipment to assist with loading units. Title Guarantee: We only guarantee the title currently in our possession. We are not responsible for vehicle history reports (Carfax/Autocheck) or any state/local issues that may result in future title branding. Please perform your own due diligence. Processing Time: Titles are processed in-house after the vehicle is picked up and GovDeals releases payment. Expect a processing window of 7 to 30 business days. Title Mailing: All titles will be mailed to the buyer. Titles will be issued only to the registered GovDeals buyer. Our policy prevents us from disclosing the specific reserve price. However, once the reserve has been met, the listing will update to show 'Reserve Met.' Please feel free to place a bid at the level you are comfortable with.
