OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE : "Recurring Brake System Issue" PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a 2008 Ford Focus SE Sedan. This vehicle was started and driven briefly during processing. Owning agency mentions a recurring brake system issue. We did not experience any braking issues during processing, but we assume this issue is still on going. Written on the windshield is "needs battery" & "bring jump box" however we did not need to jump this at the time of processing but will most likely need a replacement and might need a jump on pickup. Bidders will need to be prepared to safely remove this vehicle via tow or flatbed. The exterior of the vehicle shows signs of wear and tear like scratching, minor denting, scuffing, and paint damage. The interior has worn seats/fabric, debris, scratching, stains, and dirt/dust build up. Parts of the undercarriage show a bit of rust. Tire pressure seems okay and spare tire is included. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale."
