OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE : " Mow head & Boom swing issue" PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a 2008 New Holland T6030 4WD Cab Tractor. This vehicle was started and driven briefly during processing. Owning agency mentions that the mow head & Boom swing has issues. We didn't notice anything besides that the boom and mower head do swing a lot, making precise movements hard. We are unaware of what issues the owning agency may be referring to. The condition of the tractor and boom are in used condition with signs of wear and tear like surface rust, scuffing, paint damage, and worn seats/materials. Boom flail was tested and was able to move around okay. Mowing capabilities were not tested during processing. All tires seem to be in okay condition and air pressure is okay. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale." Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
