We are auctioning a 2009 Blue Toyota Prius. We have No Keys and we do not have any information as to whether the vehicle has any mechanical issues. Paperwork will be provided to obtain a clear title for vehicle. This vehicle is an impounded abandoned vehicle and is being sold **AS IS NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED** Buyer accepts the vehicle in its current condition. This vehicle may not run and will require towing from the lot which is the responsibility of the successful bidder. No maintenance allowed on City Property. All non-running vehicles will need to be towed out of lot. The Successful Bidder will be responsible for packing and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary. Auction winners will need to show government issued picture ID, the notice of award, and payment receipt at time of pickup. If someone other than the winning bidder is picking up the item(s), an emailed letter of authorization is required and must include: Third-party name Auction number and item description Bidder s name or company name, complete address, phone number, and a copy of the bidder s driver s license Authorization and ID copy must be received before any item is released. Payment for an awarded item must be received within Five (5) Business days after notice of award. A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
