2009 Sterling Dump Truck

Condition: FAIR 2009 Sterling Acterra 12.7L Series 60 Detroit 18 speed manual transmission 193,996 miles A custom heavy duty 16' Duraclass dump body with liner was installed on this truck 5 years ago and still in very good shape. Auxiliary lift axle has been removed from this truck but we do have the same lift axle available to go with the truck separately if the buyer wants it. Transmission jumps out of some gears. We have not diagnosed the exact reason for it but suspect it to be the 7th and 8th gear sliding clutch has failed. Truck can be driven as long as the driver holds the shifter in place through those gears. Most of the rear drive tires need replaced. Steer axle tires in good shape. Hydraulic and PTO systems work as they should. In-cab controls for air actuated tailgate. Pintle hitch has trailer air and lights to it. A/C and heat work good. A spare DPF filter included in the sale. Latest engine oil samples have shown good results.
