CONDITION Used surplus, stored outdoors. Visible rust on attached water and gas piping. Weathering on cabinet and controls. Seller has not pressure-tested, leak-tested, fired, or electrically powered this unit. Internal condition of the heat exchanger, burner, blower, condensate path, and HeatNet controls is unknown. Hours and maintenance history are unknown. Inspect before bidding. INCLUDED Boiler assembly as photographed, including jacket, heat exchanger, attached burner/blower, control cabinet, and piping/trim currently fastened to the unit.
