If item is to be shipped, buyer must provide the City an “Authorization of Release” document. Removal is by appointment only, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Upon auction payment verification, buyer must pre-arrange pick-up time and date with City and County of Denver employees at least 48 hours in advance. No exceptions! The Bill of Sale must be presented at time of pick-up. No exceptions!
