2010 Scion tC HATCHBACK 3-DR 2.4L L4 DOHC 16V This car is being sold as-is: It runs and drives. You're bidding on a 16 year old Scion tc. It might look like a sports car but it got chased down by a Deputy in a Dodge Ram so use that information wisely. I'm not a mechanic but some of the obvious things I noticed about this vehicle are: Exterior: Completely cooked. Every body panel has rust, scratches, dents, and/or more rust. The windshield has cracks/chips. The front bumper is held on with wire and zip-ties. Interior: Front passenger seat: Looks like it caught fire at some point. I'm legally obligated to say that we don't know how or why. However, my professional intuition tells me that it was probably a high-stakes game of Puff-Puff-Pass that went horribly wrong. The back seats are covered in a thick layer of weird animal hair and assorted (mystery) stains..................... It's got a newer battery in it but it sat all summer so I had to jump it to get the mileage off it. POSSIBLE BONUS!!!!!! A decent sized Quartz rock was left inside it. It might be igneous? (not a mechanic or a geologist) Legit assortment of colored markers and a definitely used toothbrush!!!!! *Bonus items might be stolen before the close of the auction. This vehicle and another sketchy one are parked for inspection behind the Wapello County Sheriff's Office at 330 W. 2nd Street, Ottumwa, Iowa. This vehicle was seized during a narcotics investigation and in the subsequent court proceedings was forfeited and later awarded to the Wapello County Sheriff's Office. It will come with a rebuilt Iowa title, sold completely as-is, where-is, no take backs.
