This lot is being sold on behalf of the Department of Natural Resources. All bidders should inspect all items before bidding. Inspection will be on Wednesday from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm. For appointments, please contact John Hughes at 651-895-6413. All property is offered for sale "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" with no warranty or guarantee as to its fitness for any use or purpose offered or implied. Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The State does reserve the right to reject any bids that are not in the State's best interest. The winning bidder MUST MAIL PAYMENT by certified check or money order payable to Surplus Services for this lot to Surplus Services, 5420 Old Highway 8, Arden Hills, MN 55112. The winning bidder will get a receipt, which they will need to pick up the item in St. Paul. A t the time of pick up, the winning bidder must go to check in with the receptionist at the main entrance, before proceeding to pick up equipment. A title will be provided with licensed road equipment in St. Paul. The winning bidder is responsible for registering the equipment with the Department of Public Safety - Driver and Vehicle Services and obtaining plates or a 21-day permit before legally driving it.
