OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE : "Broken 3-Point Hitch" PROCESSING NOTES :Up for auction is a 2011 John Deere 5075M Utility Tractor . This vehicle was started and driven briefly during processing. This tractors front windshield has been shattered and is in a million pieces seen throughout the cabin. Please be aware we are selling this AS IS and glass was not cleared. This vehicle comes in used condition with signs of wear and tear like scratching, surface rust, and paint damage. The interior has glass covering the floor, worn seat/fabric, scuffing, stains, and some surface rust. There also seems to be a broken structural loader pivot pin assembly on the floor of the cab. Some features are heating and A/C inside the cab, and John Deere 563 Quick-Attach Loader with Front Bucket. A/C and heating did not seem to work during processing. Boom & bucket were tested and is fully operational. Tire pressure seems okay. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale." Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
