OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE : "No Known Issues, Runs & Drives" PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a John Deere Gator XUV 850D 4x4 Utility Vehicle. This vehicle was started with a jump and driven briefly during processing. This utility vehicle when started was a bit rough to drive, it felt like the transmission has a acceleration lag to it. Pressing the pedal down would have a slight delay and then the vehicle would shoot forwards and backwards. The exterior of the vehicle shows signs of wear and tear like scratching, scuffing, minor denting, and paint damage. The drivers side door does not open from the outside and we had to crawl through the passenger door. The passenger door also does not shut all the way and is being kept shut with a cord. The interior has worn seats/fabric, scratching, worn headliner, scuffing, and dirt/dust build up. Dump bed feature was tested and is functional. Tire pressure seems to be okay. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale." Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
