All known problems are listed at the time the vehicle was turned in for auction. Transaction cannot be completed and title not released until buyer is able to remove vehicle from the premises, and signs title onsite to confirm ownership exchange. 3rd party tow/transportation means for pickup are allowed with a signed authorization release form.
