2012 BMW 5-Series SEDAN 4-DR, 2.0L L4 DOHC 16V TURBO. **SEIZED VEHICLE** Vehicle was seized and there is no history known for this vehicle. Vehicle starts with a boost. Engine exhaust smokes very heavily on start-up. Tires are in poor condition. If vehicle a 2011 or newer an odometer statement will be issued that indicates that the actual mileage is unknown. Box 2 will be checked that reads " the odometer reading is not the actual mileage. WARNING - ODOMETER DISCREPENCY" We do not have the title for the vehicle but have appropriate paper work to obtain title . Vehicle is sold as is, no warranty implied. Paint and body in fair condition, interior in fair condition. There may be problems or issues that are not evident or listed. It is highly recommended that bidders inspect the vehicle before bidding. “Please allow two business days after payment has been made for the paper work to be sent to Fleet Services so that it will be there when you pick up the vehicle.
