Market demand: Equipment in Iowa sell about 97% of the time, typically ~20 bids. Based on 143 completed sales over the last year.
A 2012 Caterpillar 420F backhoe with 2,882 hours, four-wheel drive, diesel shuttle shift, and both loader and backhoe buckets with quick couplers. Backhoe operators and small construction contractors resell these for field work. Test the loader bucket leveler and backhoe wobble-stick controls under load - bent linkage is pricey to straighten.
Estimated flip margin and comp range available with Pro. Summary may occasionally contain inaccuracies; check the full description before bidding.
