PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a 2012 Dodge Avenger FWD Sedan. This vehicle was started and driven briefly during processing. The exterior of the vehicle shows signs of wear and tear like scratching, scuffing, minor dents, and paint damage. The interior has worn seats/fabric, stains, scratching, and dirt/dust build up. The trunk buttons inside the vehicle and also on the key fobs did not work, we had to fold the rear seats down and crawl through to access the cargo area. A/C works and blows cold air. Parts of the undercarriage show a layer of rust. Tire pressure is low with the warning light on. Spare tire is included. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale." Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
