OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE : "No Known Issues, Runs & Drives" PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a 2018 Ford Fusion S FWD Sedan. This vehicle was started and driven briefly during processing. Owning agency has written on the windshield that this vehicle goes into limp mode, and that the back seats are bad. The exterior of the vehicle shows signs of wear and tear like denting, torn plastic rear bumper cover, scratching, scuffing, and paint damage. The interior has worn seats/fabric, stains, scratching, residue, and dirt/dust build up. Back seats are not fully installed and are loose in the cab and in poor condition. Reverse camera is not installed. A/C works and blows cold air. Parts of the undercarriage show a layer of rust. Tire pressure seems okay and spare tire is included. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale."
