Physical Inspection Strongly Encouraged. NO REFUNDS. Pickup/Viewings: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM excluding state holidays. Tax is assessed based on where the sale takes place, not the residence of the buyer. *Wholesalers may claim tax exemption by submitting (1) Arizona Form 5000A AND a copy of valid (2) Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) license or a sales tax license from another state to the Public Surplus Tax Exemption Portal. Tax Exemption will not be approved unless BOTH FORMS are submitted and valid. *If you are the winning bidder for this lot, you will receive a winning notice by email. This notice will include the total amount due (including tax) and a link to the payment portal (payment portal only accepts credit/debit cards with U.S. address).
