UNIT IS BEING SOLD IN AS IS CONDITION. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ASPECTS OF REMOVAL OF PURCHASED ITEMS. THERE WILL BE NO ASSISTANCE FROM STAFF ON SITE.
