Inspections are encouraged during the auction. We do not perform mechanical inspections, only visual, unless stated otherwise. See pictures and video for details. No guarantees made as to actual mileage; the listing reflects what can be visually observed. Mileage was taken at time of posting and could vary upon delivery. Buyer‑Arranged Shipping: Sale Is Final at Removal. ***Location requires an appointment 48 hours in advance of pickup, unscheduled pickups will be turned away. A loadout ticket is required at the time of pickup*** Sales Tax (TN Residents): Please note that Tennessee residents are responsible for 10% sales tax at the time of pickup. This can be waived only if you are a licensed Auto Dealer or if you sign a 3-day affidavit confirming the vehicle is being transported out of state. Unit may be picked up Monday-Saturday. Schedule an appointment by emailing; sales@exsbid.com. Storage Fees: Any unit not removed within 10 business days will be subject to a $25.00 per day storage fee. Loading: The buyer is responsible for all loading and transport. We do not have the capacity or equipment to assist with loading units. Title Guarantee: We only guarantee the title currently in our possession. We are not responsible for vehicle history reports (Carfax/Autocheck) or any state/local issues that may result in future title branding. Please perform your own due diligence. Processing Time: Titles are processed in-house after the vehicle is picked up and GovDeals releases payment. Expect a processing window of 7 to 30 business days. Title Mailing: All titles will be mailed to the buyer. Titles will be issued only to the registered GovDeals buyer. Our policy prevents us from disclosing the specific reserve price. However, once the reserve has been met, the listing will update to show 'Reserve Met.'
