Per OCGA 36-37-6(a) and the City Council Resolution of August 19, 2026, the above property is of no use to Watkinsville, because it cannot be beneficially used for city purposes. Watkinsville advertises the property for sale to the highest responsible bidder via Www.Govdeals.com. Property may be previewed August 28, 2026 1 pm - 3 pm at City Hall, 191 VFW Drive, Watkinsville, Georgia 30677. It is sold “as-is, where is” with no warranties, express or implied. Buyers are solely responsible for their own due diligence. All city property to include all vehicles will be sold as is, in current condition without any warranties or guarantees from the City of Watkinsville regarding the vehicle's mechanical or functioning state.
