Condition
From the seller's description. Not a guarantee of condition.
Market demand: Equipment in Oklahoma sell about 97% of the time, typically ~26 bids. Based on 165 completed sales over the last year.
A 2019 Caterpillar 289D3 tracked skid steer with an enclosed heated cab, hydraulic quick coupler, and auxiliary hydraulics, sold to contractors and equipment rental yards or parted out. The listing flags a lift linkage position sensor voltage fault and a left hydraulic fin, and it needed a jump start, so have a technician read the sensor fault and check the electrical system before bidding. Confirm the hydraulics and tracks under load, since those repairs drive the real cost.
Estimated flip margin and comp range available with Pro. Summary may occasionally contain inaccuracies; check the full description before bidding.
