Tires appear fair to good and should be good for immediate road usage. Tire size is 235/70R16. I have been informed that our staff will fix the flat tire (pictured) prior to the end of the auction. Unit was purchased in 2018 and has been used as a rental unit for Military families from our Outdoor Recreation facility. Length with hitch is 21'2", without hitch is 18'1". Width of unit is 7'4". GVWR - 3,756. Government will provide SF-97 to obtain Title and Registration. ALL ITEM(S) ARE SOLD "AS IS, WHERE IS". NO GUARANTEES, WARRANTIES OR REFUNDS.
