2019 Western Star Trucks 4700 CONVENTIONAL CAB 12.8L L6 DIESEL - Vactor Truck - use for cleaning sewage inlets & water & sewer mains. The rear engine does not start with the key, do to a wire harness issue, however if you jump out the harness the rear engine will start & run. Most likely its a broken wire in the harness. NOTICE: Vehicle is sold as is, where is. Vehicle may contain defects that are unknown to the City of Lancaster, PA. All bidders are encouraged to inspect property before bidding, those who choose to bid without inspection agree to take full responsibility for any issue with the vehicle.
