BROKEN DRIVERS SIDE SEAT BELT PROCESSING NOTES :Up for auction is a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LS 4WD 4DR Short Box. This vehicle was started and driven briefly during processing. Owning agency disclosure states it has a BAD TRANSMISSION. Vehicle was driven a short distance (100 yards) with no noticeable issue but due to Owning agency's disclosure we are making this a tow required sale. Exterior has dings, dents, scratches, and body damage. Interior has dust/dirt, staining, and shows wear. Chipped windshield. Driver's seatbelt is taped and states broken. Unknown cause. Equipped with bed tool box, rear rack, front push bar, spare tire, and tow hitch. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale." Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
