OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE : "Rear End Accident Damage, Runs & Drives" PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a 2020 Ford Escape S FWD SUV. This vehicle was jump started and driven briefly during processing. Vehicle comes with accident damage to the rear, mostly seen on the hatch and parts of the bumper. Hatch door is still able to be opened. Some water was inside the hatch door during processing, but no water damage was noticed. This is most likely unfit to drive on public roads legally and will need to be removed via tow or flatbed. The exterior of the vehicle excluding the rear shows scratching, scuffing, paint damage, and minor denting. The interior has worn seats, stains, scratching, debris, and dirt/dust build up. No reverse camera is installed. Back seats are able to fold for more space. Parts of the undercarriage show a layer of rust. Tire pressure seems okay and spare tire is included. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale."
