2022 Chrysler Pacifica PASSENGER VAN, 3.6L V6 DOHC 24V. 7 passenger-Vehicle was used for ODOE Transportation Starts, runs, and drives This vehicle was removed from service on 08/13/2026. Drivers reported that after filling up the fuel tank, the vehicle has a hard time starting. Additionally, the radio occasionally goes in and out, and the dashboard lights flicker, suggesting a potential electrical issue. Ownership decided not to invest the time or money to diagnose the problem. Please note that I do not have any further information beyond what was provided in this statement.
